La Metallurgica has implemented an Organisation, Management and Control Model (MOG) pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, and has established a whistleblowing reporting system pursuant to the most recent legislative decree 24/2023.
Our commitment to transparency and a culture of legality has always been a fundamental priority. With the adoption of the MOG, we have further strengthened our internal procedures to prevent the risk of corporate crimes and to ensure compliance with current laws. The whistleblowing system, however, offers all our employees, external collaborators and other interested parties a safe and confidential tool to report behaviors or practices that do not comply with regulations, are ethically questionable or are harmful to the company. We believe these initiatives are crucial to ensuring a safe, transparent and accountable working environment for all.
